Working for Flint Build Limited based in Doncaster.  This domestic project in Haxey Doncaster required a high performing screed with fast-drying properties.  This would enable the owner to lay the floor covers in a matter of days.

Retanol Xtreme Screed provides high early-age strength, and when coupled with its fast-drying, it saves valuable time and money in the construction schedule.

The project has a floor build-up of insulation/membrane/underfloor heating.  Retanol Extreme Screed was laid at 60mm, providing a very responsive heating system.
